We were excited to sign on with One Agency ( Low commission and Great Service ), and the reviews were 5 stars; our Agent Phil, but with interest rates hikes over 6 months we were bitterly disappointed not to sell ( 180 days on the market ), and Phil had a hard time getting a buyer. With lots of houses flooding the market we decided to stay where we are.
