Felt like scammed. The property was fine on the day I inspected. After paying bond and two weeks of rent I collected keys and when I stepped inside the house, it smelt like drugs. The toilet had been used by someone and not flushed. The whole room was stinking because there was urine in toilet bowl. The walls were covered in smoke of weed or some marijuana or similar drug.
