Regarding our recent experiences with Carol Cahill as the managing agent of our rental property. In all our years of renting, we have never encountered such a difficult and unreasonable experience with a property manager. Communication has consistently felt rigid and dismissive, and there appears to be little consideration for tenants’ employment obligations or personal circumstances.
