Hands down the worst experience wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve never experienced an agency handle things so poorly. The way they spoke to me was rude, arrogant and completely unprofessional. The process from start to finish was disorganised and when it came to urgent property issues, they showed no urgency at all I had to converse with VCAT and Consumer Affairs multiple times even with emergency matters their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. Great service, clear and prompt communicator. I worked with Dinesh to get my property on market; he managed to get property on market in less than 24 hours and rented out shortly. I would highly recommend him and One Agency if you are looking for someone to offload your workload and be on top of things
Booked house inspection for a property for lease, one week in advance. I arrive at residence on the day of scheduled inspection, no sign of agency. I called and was told property had been leased. A call, text or email would have been nice!
