Hands down the worst experience wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve never experienced an agency handle things so poorly. The way they spoke to me was rude, arrogant and completely unprofessional. The process from start to finish was disorganised and when it came to urgent property issues, they showed no urgency at all I had to converse with VCAT and Consumer Affairs multiple times even with emergency matters their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful.
