We have sold a house and a block with one Agency and both sales have been great experiences. Carlton was able to quickly secure sales above the price we were looking. One Agency is so easy to deal with and we will definitely use Carlton again in the future.
Went to One Agency, they quoted our house price at $900000 when the bank valued it at $1.1 million. Not sure why the $200000 difference. You want your house sold for what it's worth. So please get a bank valuation before you sell. The bank will tell you to sell for more then the valuation, as it is worth more then that in selling real estate.
