Disappointing decline in management quality. I experienced a serious CO beep issue from what turned out to be neighboring units. My sleep quality went down significantly. Issue occurred over a month and took 4 separate work orders + serious demand to resolve. Despite my patience and even paying out of pocket to stay in a hotel for a week, the property manager failed to take proactive steps, such as contacting surrounding neighbors by email. It’s frustrating to see how poorly the issue was handled.

From the moment we moved in, Tiffany (the manager) and Caylyn (the assistant manager) have been absolutely amazing — professional, friendly, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. BEWARE!!! APPLY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! THEY ARE ONLY COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION. I have had my phone number since High School. Almost 20 years ago!!!! I only receive 1-2 spam texts or calls per week.... I applied to them and a month later, I am now getting 10-20 spam texts or Spam calls.... I ONLY applied to them. Nowhere else. Looks nice. Arrived for a scheduled tour and was asked to reschedule to next week. Front desk was unfriendly. Save your time and look elsewhere!
