Clean and spacious. As a former personal trainer/athlete and someone who has been lifting for over 15 years, I appreciate the programming and motivating environment. The work-outs are tough and there are tangible results. Only thing I would say is that is not beginner friendly. If you want deep coaching on form you will need PT sessions. Overall..great place and I am really glad I tried it out..I was hitting a wall for boredom lifting alone after so long. I will keep going as it suits my fitness needs :).
Good workouts and fun environment
Completely unreasonable and inconsistent with their late policy. Basically up to the niceness of the person in front. Me and a few people were late just 5 mins (literally on the line of their 5min grace period they give you)because a truck blocked the road that the gym is in and we could nt get past for 10 mins. And they would not let all of us in. The class had nt even started yet and they would nt let us in. When other days I have seen people walk in over 5 mins late. Overall Happy with the gym and most of the coaches. However Victoria at the front desk should be fired. She is extremely rude, unwelcoming and not friendly at all. She is the only one enforcing the 5 minute late policy. In fact I think she enjoys turning people away when the class has not even started. She is losing this wonderful place business.
