I was on a monthly membership with this gym until I realized that being even 10 seconds late to a class meant dealing with what feels like a front desk security guard. Victoria, in particular, is extremely strict and enforces the 5-minute late policy with zero flexibility, often turning people away at the door. One Academy is one of the best gyms around. Clean space, great equipment, and a solid mix of classes. The coaches know their stuff and actually coach. Music’s always on point. If you want to train hard and level up, this is the spot.
Clean and spacious. As a former personal trainer/athlete and someone who has been lifting for over 15 years, I appreciate the programming and motivating environment. The work-outs are tough and there are tangible results. Only thing I would say is that is not beginner friendly. If you want deep coaching on form you will need PT sessions. Overall..great place and I am really glad I tried it out..I was hitting a wall for boredom lifting alone after so long. I will keep going as it suits my fitness needs :).
