We had John do a custom kitchen for our house along with modifying some bookshelves. We had approximately 5 tradesman through prior to selecting John. We knew immediately he was the one when he actually got to our house on time! He also never questioned what we wanted to do like all the others, he supported our idea, instead of just telling us to remove everything as that would be "easier".
