Worst customer service. I waited over 2.5 hours and no one contacted me to tell me they canceled the order. I called 16r to figure out what was delaying the order and the girl whom answered hung up on me when I asked if I was going to be refunded.
The pizza is tasty, but every single time I pick up a pizza from there, it's cold. I've even tried calling to order while on the way there (10-15 mins away), hoping I can pick it up while it's still hot, but no luck. Any time I ordered, they told me "20 minutes". I'd only recommend this place if you're eating there, or if you order takeout while you're standing at the counter, and you can get the pizza when it comes out of the oven. Might be the best pizza I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to NJ, NY, and CT! The crust is super thin and you don’t feel gross after eating it- hubby and I ate a small pie :) Service was amazing too: it felt like I was a guest at someone’s house! Just be mindful that seating is limited if you’re planning on dining in!
Today, we made a stop at One6Three, tucked into the East Rock section of New Haven, where it’s been holding down its corner for about ten years.
