I normally do not give reviews but they asked for one so here it is - initially gave this company 5 stars because I thought they did a good job. they "fixed" our HVAC unit 1/22/23. it stopped working 2/14/23. they came out to fix again. it stopped working again 2/16/23. they were supposed to come out 2/16/23 but did not show up. they said they would come 2/17/23 and again did not show up. we have no heat and its winter (freezing) in Chicago! now they (Luis) will not return our calls. clearly they are not standing behind thei... read more
