Great physical therapist! I didn't feel rushed and it was very individualized. I'm so glad I found One 2 One Physical Therapy so that I can keep doing the exercises and activities that I enjoy!
I've been dealing with pain in my neck and shoulders for years. I've found Divyas dry needling to be by far the most effective therapy I've tried. Felt instant relief after the first session and continued to improve with each visit

Divya is the best. I’ve been having on going issues with my neck and back. She’s done a couple sessions of dry needling on the areas and I’ve been feeling much better. Shes also extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend
