I have been using Onduo for about 4 months ins. made me change. They are the worse! meter was reading high cross ref. with old meter always 20 to 60 points higher. one time it read 260 checked it again within two minutes same blood source it read 147 I have been using my old meter to cross ref. but soon will be out of the old test strips. Don't talk to any of their Doctors they will do you more harm than good.
Horrible experience, the glucose monitor i was sent was off by more than 40 points, I was getting really high readings, so I stopped taking a steroid medication for an injury, only to find out that the glucose monitor was way off. I tested with a freestyle meter and was 60 points different, so I did a test with the testing solution, not even close, then the other testing solution, not even close again. This company will give bad advice about carb intake, if you follow what they say you will make your condition worse. Their app is horrible and I don’t know why I even do this and let them charge my insurance.
App didn't work, screening processes were broken, I reported it and they did nothing. They didn't help me with anything. I have gotten better information and mental health support from a wikiHow article . This company is a joke.
