Why 5 stars from me ? Okay, honestly, I usually don’t write reviews but people really should know about OnDoc! I have used this service now for all 3 of my children, husband and recently for myself and it was sooo simple and really quick each time! The first time i ever used OnDoc my son was home complaining of a sore throat, upon further inspection i seen small white spots on his throat. My family's had OnDoc's services for over a year, but we've never had to use them. My job does not offer medical coverage, so OnDoc is the next best thing and $30 a month covers my whole family so it's worth every dollar for peace of mind. It's comforting to know that a doctor is only a phone call away.

I used OnDoc when I had an upper respiratory infection. I went into the app and requested an appointment and the doctor called me about 6 minutes later and asked my about my symptoms and how long I was expediting them. I know it sounds nasty but I uploaded a photo of the phlegm I coughed up and he took a look at it and told me I had an upper respiratory infection. He sent a prescription for a Z-pack and I was on my way to getting better.

In the midst of this pandemic OnDoc has been a lifesaver! I've used the services several times but the latest visit was with OnDocs Telahealth services when I needed to speak with a doctor for my son who had bumps all over his arms, legs, face and his back. I didn't want take him to the ER, Urgent care or doctor's office with other patients that could be potential COVID-19 carriers so I called OnDoc.
