My visit & the service at ONCD was excellent. I felt very welcomed; Donna was very helpful and pleasant in the reception. Phil the Audiologist did fantastic work in the realignment of my hearing after my ear operation & fully explained the assessment process and results to me & my husband. Phil was able to give new life to my old hearing aids & saved me a lot of $ I’d be recommend checking out these guys before accepting offers on new aids if you want to save some money. Gianluca and his colleagues are skilled, attentive and helpful, always a pleasure to deal with. And Donna at reception is an angel, always so helpful and friendly.
Staff are friendly and go out of their way to be informative and helpful. Appointments are always on time. Overall………..a caring and very considerate audiology practice.
Impeccable customer service! Explained everything clearly and kindly making my daughter feel comfortable and helped her anxiety to ease!
