Professional and kind, understanding staff, thank you Donna at the Salisbury office. I transferred from another hearing service and by comparison ondc was by far the better provider. Honest about pricing, no hidden fees or charges. Cannot recommend enough.

The lovely Donna and the gorgeous Sharon have all the patience in the world, even for a forgetful 81 year old like me! Both girls are extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Only popped in for fresh batteries for my hearing aids but very friendly. As this was my first visit to this branch I had previously queried if I can use it just for the convenience of its location & it was no issue. So for now I'm still going to Adelaide for the technical aspects and can use Salisbury for bits&pieces. Thanks to Donna for your assistance, great service. Thoroughly recommend this business.
