Caution: Misleading service, the sonographer wasn’t trained on veterinary, sent bad images and was completely wrong. We had to then go to a real veterinary radiologist, who is a doctor with 4 extra years of training in animal sonography, and got a completely different (and correct) answer from the Oncura. Waste of money and should be illegal!!! Please only use board certified radiologists

Proceed with caution with this company. We purchased our unit earlier this year and many things were misrepresented to get the sale done with regards to the advertised sonographer assistance (which is the whole reason we purchased with them). Most importantly, the advertised turnaround time in writing on their price list for a routine ultrasound is 12 business hours, but that is absolutely not the case. We have been with Oncura since 2016 and have always been more than happy with their support and teaching. Hi I am writing from Grace Veterinary Clinic in Chatham, IL. We have used Oncura for several years and we are very pleased with their service. The sonographers and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The doctors write excellent reports in a timely fashion. We are pleased with Oncura's service and we will continue to use them!
