The best golf ball I have ever played. Since starting playing with the ELIXR my handicap has gone from 7 down to 4 and I placed 2nd in a national amateur golf tournament! Couldn't be happier! P.S. My average drive is now 300+!!
I've been playing the Elixer ball for about 3 weeks. I have to say that this ball is the most underrated one in the market. I fell in love with it after a couple holes. Soft feel, great spin and with long distance. What else can you possibly ask for in a ball?! Golf is addicting enough and paying this ball is a huge enabler!
Finally got to try out the Elixir yesterday. Wow. Best day driving i have ever had. As far as the Pro V1x , soft ,great spin. Missed 1 fairway all day and my putting was great! You have a believer!
I played the elixir today for the first time. Overall a great play for the price. They show a little more wear than a Pro V1 but not enough to justify the price difference.

Been playing the Elixr for 2 months now. No loss of distance, perfect spin around the greens and a soft feel. I would put this ball up against any around. I have been playing for 36 plus years with 28 of those a golf coach. This ball performs as good or better than any on the market. I have many friends playing it now. Not a bad review yet. Also have played the Avant. Very good ball itself. Distance and mid iron spin. I'm totally hooked!!! I've used the avant last year and it was good but this year I bought the new elixr and can I say hell yes!! These are amazing for the first time in my life I am consistently hitting under 100!! Big improvement for me and so excited for this years season!
Played the OnCore Elixir yesterday. Thought the ball felt great around and on the greens. For a three piece, urethan ball, I was expecting for it to have more bite on my approach shots. Seemed to react pretty hot when it hit the greens causing a lot more chip shots for birdie than I would actually like to see. In all it's a well designed ball for players that want soft feel on the greens but don't want to lose distance. I'd play them again but I'm not in a hurry to stock up on them. Played yesterday with the Elixer. There is a par 3 with an elevated green at the course I play a lot that in the past no matter what ball I used I have not been able to hit the green. Yesterday with the Elixer, the ball went straight and high and was going pin high when a small gust of wind pushed it to the back of the green but the spin took hold and stopped it from flying over the green.
