Nathan from the WF office came out to change our meter. He was very nice and courteous. He also took the time to answer my questions and provide me with a card to sign up for alerts concerning our power service. He was kind to my pups and took the time to allow them to assess if he was 'ok' to be in our yard. They were happy to let him do his work and be on his way. That, to me, is very important.
