I found this article which is very interesting. I didn’t know which was the corporate office so I chose the location in area I live . I have been trying for three weeks to get Oncor to mark my under ground power line. I have applied three times through the 811 system . I have talked to numerous Oncor customer service reps. No one seems to be able to get it done. They keep sending me to another department. Atmos and cable companies have all complied. I am trying to build a permanent structure in my back yard. They have cost me time and money!

Oncor came to my back yard around midnight due to bad weather and cut down a lot of branches and just left them their! Very unprofessional! This needs to be addressed ASAP and this needs to be cleaned up Oncor!

I moved here from NC about 10 years ago. In Charlotte NC when your power goes out, it's not coming back on for at least a day. For the past 10 years, every time my power goes out I get a little anxious. I get a little anxious for no reason. Oncor always has the power back up pretty quickly. I say thank you every time. But this time I thought I'd put it where y'all can read it. Thank you
