Oncor has dropped the power to my house 3 times today for no reason. It's bright and sunny but the robot says my powers out cse its raining. I worked all day so I can come home and have a robot tell me my powers out. Cant transfer me to a person cse of high calls they shouldn't get a monopoly on electricity and not be able to answer questions. What is this a third world country?
