Can't ever get a hold of anyone and the automated system hangs up on you every time you call. This place sucks and doesn't know how to conduct business. Oh and they will cut your electricity off even when you don't even have an account through them. My account is through TXU and Oncor shut our whole neighborhoods electricity off without even sending out a notice for work or anything. NEVER, ever do business with them.
Well finally on not 8pm but after 9pm...guess people that work/have kids don't need to eat or have electricity. No storms here today so really not understanding this outage. Though it happens alot.
We have been jumping through hoops for a week trying to get the meter put in to have electricity turned on at my sons new house and oncor has been horrible. So far it has been the electricians fault then it has been the electric company's fault according to them. We have had the electric company submit and resubmit paperwork and we keep getting the run around. Every day we call them a get a different story on what we have to do to get them to do their job.
