The worst customer service I've ever had to be subjected to.....ever. when I call it takes a minimum of 1 hour to pay my bill. They never have the total ready, after you quit speaking they will not answer any questions period. They just leave you waiting until you are so pissed off you just start cussing them. They should be put out of business and replaced by an actual company. The customer should not be doing their jobs. That's exactly why I say get any other company.
Oncor has an easement on my property. And while i was out of town, they locked me out of my property. And called to say it was an emergency that i can get to my house, haven’t heard from them since.

As most Texans know, we had a very severe winter, and there were serious power outages throughout our great state of Texas. I wish to thank Noor Diya, Oncor Design Associate, for all his assistance in working with Wright Tree Service and getting the trees trimmed in our neighborhood in Brownwood, TX....it is a great benefit to us in Brownwood to have a professional, such as Noor Diya, taking care of our power delivery needs in our town.
