The turns off our power for no reason and then said they had no restoration time, and most outages should be repaired in 36 hours. This is unacceptable. They can come replace all my spoiled food.
Rude and retarded! Oncor do not take instructions very well they just do whatever they feel like…
I don’t have an option to get another light service BUT THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD, we live in Elgin and the lights go out more than 2ice a month…. AND IT IS EXPENSIVE! if you can get more options do NOT GET THIS ONE . Get some other power line
Service provided is horrible always having outages, with the new neighborhoods being built and the weather, then charge us for there maintenance. On top of the txu energy bill big scam of companys
