Your chat function is useless, your representative put me on hold and never came back. I have been without power now for 18 hours and just want to know what is going on.
I can not contact an office to notify. But it is horrible watching 6 vehicles in a convoy run a red light on a construction project.
Signed up for text notifications of when power would be restored during the last outage, every 2 or so hours the restore time would move back a couple hours. Would much rather see a honest estimate than to keep getting our hopes up over and over again only to be disappointed. Very misleading and dishonest business practices
