They suck we have been without power for 48 hours and we are dying and they don't care it always seems like a little bit of wind it goes out but all in all the suck
I don't even want to give the one star that it made me give. This company is ridiculous. I have called the corporate office to notify them of the lack of work ethics this company has. My power has been out several times in the last 6 months and it takes hours and hours for them to repair. I'm talking like 24 hour periods. I contacted the corporate office and got a time log of all the power outages we have had and the lufkin company lied and said the outages only lasted like two hours. Reported all day of power outage they keep just driving by not doing any work
Oncor sucks I have been reporting my power has been out since 1pm and its now almost 10 pm and still no power they can't even give a time the power will be back on by the time it does come back on all my food will have to go in the trash there workers need to be fired ASAP
