Well it hasn't been a great experience for the last 4 months..... So I had a shop built and the electrical line was an overhead line like many houses in west Tx, I had encore send someone out to check for an underground install. The initial visit was pretty good, the tech advised that having the line ran over the top of my shop was dangerous and a safety hazard and that they could disconnect my service until that was fixed, im glad they didn't do that because it took 4 months to resolve this issue, and I agreed so I told him... read more
