I canceled my service with "Express Energy" / "Oncor" in Mineral Wells, Texas effective June 10, 2024 because we moved/relocated out of town. They continued to bill me for three months! They now owe me for non-usage for almost three months. The online/website account will not allow you to stop your autopay nor send direct messages. I have now sent several emails with evidence that I have had zero usage since June 9th, billing records and payments, and they have a record of my phone call. They have the worst customer service! They know you can’t switch providers so they don’t care when you lose power. They have an attitude of we will do what we want when we want.
