I HATE, DESPISE, LOATHE THIS COMPANY! I wish there was any other electric company besides this one that services Denton county! They have ZERO need for applying any sense of urgency for outages!!!! Their customer service sucks and so does their communication!
Power has been out for almost 24 hours at my residence off east mkinney in denton county it's 88°F outside in the 90s inside food is spoiled and I am worried about my animals they have continuously extended the repair time because of what seems like non existent circumstances such as vegetation there is no vegetation blocking access to the damn lines united came through and trimmed all the damn trees away from the poles a month ago.
Oncor customer service was terrible to deal with regarding a claim. We were out of town for 8 days and our power went out the day we left. Oncor knew our power was out but did not alert us even though we are signed up for text alerts. They took no responsibility even though they opened a work order and never sent anyone out. We had over $2,000 of food spoil and they denied the claim
