Believe the 1 star reviews, this company is terrible and not even sure how they are still able to operate. I am currently without power going on 12+ hours and they can't even give a timeframe on repairs. Took almost a year to even get service at a commercial site. They are price gouging company who uses the cheapest parts and material to operate, not my opinion but told to me by one of their supervisors that is what they use.
After a year of back and forth with oncor I still haven’t received service. I’m so tired of the constant frustration with this company. Daniel Allen, who works for oncor doesn’t seem to be able to call or even answer the phone for updates. Absolutely pathetic place to have to do business with but sadly it’s the permian basins only option
Always having blackouts at the worst of times, surrounded by alot of people with power. And my area is always left in the dark, how I wish I could switch companies 😪
