I don't understand how power companies get such a pass for delivering subpar services. Oncor is terrible and I wish I had another option. They have never been able to provide any reasoning for my power being out other than the generic "outage in my area".
Do you want your lights to go on and off like a damn strip club all night?! Or being mid stroke on the hub and Shazam bye bye power. Like I get it yalls vibrators all needed to be charged at the corporate office but damn put them on solar
They charge me double on January bill $612 which my normal bill is about 300 a month and they moved my bill payments from the 15th of every month to the 6 of every month now (bunch of crooks)
