It is the electric company... What more do I need to say? If u need me to, I can tell u how, I've only had them for 4 years. Out mf rageous. They don't care. This is so overwhelming. I've gone from $200 a month in the winter times to 500 a month in the winter times. They used to charge $80 a month for encore electric now they charge $150 a month. That should be how much my bill is.... Sounds like they finally started using bidenomics..... It also sounds like I'm about to switch to propane....

2 live lines down. it's been 2 days they ain't even drove by to look. It's so hot and miserable. I HATE Oncor and ercot.

Been nothing but issues dealing with them for the past 40 years. I'm not the original tenant but my grandparents settled in in the late 70s. I've been living at the same house since 05 and can't honestly say much good about oncor. The office staff are mostly alright and they have a newer guy thats good but after that they're all sorry workers. Project Manager Chris was good. He is severely under helped, he lacks supporting managers, and the organization does not realize the implications of his job, he is very much taken advantage of and lacks support. With that - after 7 very long months with Oncor. I had the pleasure of dealing with his Manager Melinda.
