Electricity bill was normal for the first month. We got a neighbor that moved in the next month, noticed our electricity bill was doubled! Horrible!! How is it they can charge each month electricity delivery fees but take their time in fixing outage issues with no estimate on when it will be back on!!! Ridiculous! I've been without electricity for 6 hours now! It's cold. I have 2 kids and we have school and work tomorrow!
I have been without power for 2 days now they don’t offer food reimbursement, they are delayed on response. I live in mesquite tx and near east field college. The other side of east field college the power is on so why is it taking so long to get to our neighborhood. We have had delays before but never in the summer. When we move I will not get oncor as my provider that is a certainty
