Every month they been decide how much they want to charge you just to deliver electricity that you are already paying for. Worse than that, i have solar panels that provide free energy back to the grid only to be charged over $100 delivery fee some months. The biggest scam in Texas is Oncor!
Super shady company. Do not rely on them for anything. Worst electricity provider I’ve ever experienced. Unprofessional, rude, and not particularly helpful. Will not help in emergency situations.
Useless and lazy I've never seen a lazy company who refuse to do their job!!! They refused to run power to a new construction build home for what reason we don't know! Not even the builder has no clue why they kept denying his request for the underground conduit so now the local electricians are doing it!!!!! Dug a trench from the meter base over the their electrical hand hole and still dig down below the hand hole box and run conduit under it so the 90 elbow sticks up into the hand hole!!!! 30+ hours with no power in the heart of Euless. Absolutely ridiculous and I can't help but feel that we're being deliberately left in the dark.
