Worst power company I've ever seen or heard of. Every weather event has me without power for days. None of the projected times for power reinstatement ever happen. Rates are through the roof. Terrible customer service. The state should bar this company from operating here
I'm grateful to this company and the people who have worked diligently to get our community up and running so quickly following such a catastrophic event. The have been working tirelessly since yesterday evening. We are humbled and grateful that these individuals are taking time from their own homes and families to ensure that ours are secured and comfortable. Thank you!
