We called Oncor as soon as we found out we were building on our land, they told us to wait until our build was done. We do just that and now they are telling us it will take them a YEAR to get electricity to our house. We are ready to move in this month! This is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. This means we will have to pay on a house we can't even live in FOR A YEAR! Not to mention rent at our apartments! This is INSANE! I am perfectly fine with the trees being cut down. But when you hire a company "Nelsons" and they leave A HUGE mess that's not okay. My husband use to work for Wright Tree Service and they picked it the debris. They are still working in our area in Forreston I would really appreciate y'all reaching out to them to tell them to pick up their mess and I will take this down thank you.

Has the worst customer service and you have to jump through hoops just to fix something that you know will be done in 10-15 mins max even if you’re in an emergency area. Oncor will always be horrible, thanks.
