I am perfectly fine with the trees being cut down. But when you hire a company "Nelsons" and they leave A HUGE mess that's not okay. My husband use to work for Wright Tree Service and they picked it the debris. They are still working in our area in Forreston I would really appreciate y'all reaching out to them to tell them to pick up their mess and I will take this down thank you.
Has the worst customer service and you have to jump through hoops just to fix something that you know will be done in 10-15 mins max even if you’re in an emergency area. Oncor will always be horrible, thanks.
These people are the most inept people I've ever dealt with. I started a new build and tried to get electric services started THREE WEEKS AGO and they have repeatedly told me "yOu aLReAdY hAvE a MEtER" when I have even sent picture proof that I don't. They sent a technician out to even verify I didn't have a meter and the meter number they are reading for my property actually belongs to a neighbor and somehow that report got "fiLeD iNCoRreCtLY" so now it will be another two weeks before they will send a technician to "vERiFy... read more
