Poor service. We’ve been without power going on more than 48 hours. This company can have multiple technician trucks pass by my block multiple times through out the day. Not a single one of them will stop to fix the power on my block. Then once I call the number for help or an update. We get the run around. The first technician guy that fixed our power the last time did a bad job at stabilizing our power pole. The same thing happened again once a storm hit. Do better Oncor! Literally!
Poor service maintaining lines. We've been without power for about 5 hours because they can't send a tech to do 5 minutes worth of work. I'd do it myself if yall didn't cry about it
