This is becoming ridiculous. I have lived in the area for 2 years and everytime we get a storm or light rain 800 to over 1000 house will loses power. This is unacceptable and shows the poor experience and service this company has. I will be make as many visit to there office as it takes to make sure this issues is addressed and fixed.
Worthless company that overcharges for the worst service. Power out for a small block of homes for 12 hours+ at this point. We get to lose hundreds of dollars in groceries etc for a company that steals money without providing necessary service that will provide no rebates for the inconvenience of their incompetence.
Arrived at 3:15 pm. No luck getting help as they close at 3 pm. Going to have to try again later.
