The lady on the phone was very polite. They got to our location an hour or so after calling them. They cut down the branches growing against our electric lines safely and didn't take long. Cleaned up the branches too.
I feel like as a customer well forced customer don't have a choice that we are being ignored because we don't live 50ft from town. How does a company ignore people it's just like the winter storm no communication terrible.
The worst electric company there is, period. It has taken them over 2 months to get power hooked up to a building.
Wish they’d cared more about the people who live outside the city especially this location which is just minutes from my mother’s house especially with the effects of another hurricane incoming and they probably won’t even come to see about Cedar Grove until after we’ve already lost all our food. Please do better y’all.
