Looks like Oncor reviews are either one or five-star and I guess that makes sense. Customers are either aggravated their power is out (again), or they are very thankful for the staff for getting their power back on. I'm in the 1-star category. I recognize I don't know all of the rules, budget constraints, and other factors they operate under but I have lived in two other power service areas (both cooperatives) and I don't think I have ever had so many power outages during a four-year period as with Oncor. They are the worst power company I have ever experienced. They have few local employees and few local resources so our rural community is always poorly treated. Our power went out at 10:00 AM today. I have been around town all day and have seen no Oncor trucks. It is now 7:30 PM. Please send a letter to your state lawmakers asking for them to fix this.
