They are the worst power company I have ever experienced. They have few local employees and few local resources so our rural community is always poorly treated. Our power went out at 10:00 AM today. I have been around town all day and have seen no Oncor trucks. It is now 7:30 PM. Please send a letter to your state lawmakers asking for them to fix this.
