The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Our power has been out for 24 hours. And counting. It's HOT. Why did you get the power going for the traffic lights surrounding my neighborhood and not the actual neighborhood? Get your priorities straight. And then I tried calling trash-cor yesterday and today, but apparently there are no live representatives. (Yes, I called the power outage phone number). I have to say that, considering the amount of damage from this week's storms and tornadoes, that 2.5 days is not as long as it could have taken to replace a down power line and blown transformer, so I am truly thankful to have our power restored today! Thank you Oncor for working hard to help us have power!!
