Oncor is the most incompetent company I have ever encountered, bar none. Alizabeth is their most incompetent employee. She lied, made excuses, failed to answer simple emails or phone calls, LOST (yes, lost) our payment despite our providing evidence of payment/confirmation number multiple times in multiple ways. Oncor upped the price on us halfway through (without the service changing at all). Oncor's internal communication is abysmal. Cold hearted disgusting company! Charging people for electric even when our power grid is down due to catastrophic tornadoes. May 22, Temple tx! Beware with this company. Monitor your meter. They are thieves
Absolutely amazing workers. We've been without power going on 3 days, but have seen the crews out 24/7 since then!! Even without power at the time of this review, the repairs that have been done already (visually) is absolutely insane. Thank you! #TempleStrong #BeltonStrong. ❤️❤️❤️
If yall hired potheads I could've had belt. Up and running by now.
Never had a problem with Oncor. They took care of our trees going into their lines on our property. We were put on their waiting list but when our turn came up they sent a crew out. Replaced our security light after it went out within 24 hours.
