Completely unreliable service
Oncor is the most incompetent company I have ever encountered, bar none. Alizabeth is their most incompetent employee. She lied, made excuses, failed to answer simple emails or phone calls, LOST (yes, lost) our payment despite our providing evidence of payment/confirmation number multiple times in multiple ways. Oncor upped the price on us halfway through (without the service changing at all). Oncor's internal communication is abysmal.
