In my 65 years I've lived all over Texas in pretty rural areas. Never came close to the consta nt outages we've had after retiring just outside Sherman! I use the app but trying to get some info I tried calling the outage number ending in 4747 and it is completely a re c order message trying to sell you something. I despise oncor and do not recommend them to my worst enemy!
