Was told power would be off 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Said it was fine because it would be on not long after kids got out of school. 10 yr old, 9 yr old and 3 yr old in diapers. Power didn't go off until 10:30 a.m. snd was told at 6 p.m. it would be baco on in 1 hour due to complications. Forecast showed 90% rain for today 4-20-23 all week but they still scheduled it for today. Company has went down hill, now if your electric meter needs repair oncore charges 150 to kill power to it and 150 to restore after work has been done, they claim they don't charge for storm related problems, NOT TRUE, I had a call where a limb fell and bent the pipe on side of building during a storm, oncore charges the lady 200 to disconnect it and 200 to reconnect and I repaired it, now they have a service guy that drives up in a bad mood when he rolls up on the job after calling oncore, I as a electrician am usually call... read more
The power has been out for over SIX HOURS! Every time we'd call they kept saying it would be fixed "as soon as possible" or the time would be pushed another two hours. Whenever I contacted them on Facebook they said they work 24/7 but my boyfriend and I drove all around and never saw a single truck. They are supposed to be responsible for keeping the power lines clear of trees and other factors, yet I received a message saying the reason the power is out is due to the power lines being COVERED BY TREE LIMBS AND SOMEHOW A POW... read more

They gouge you because they know you have no other options. Fees are insane, awful company
