Just got electricity bill and it went up alot because oncore raised their rates...which I didnt fet any info on. Electricity is always out for the slightest rain or wind. And I had to go through so much trouble to get trees trimmed off power lines where I bought a house. Wish their were other options, I guess customer service and doing their job doesn't matter to them since they know if we live in this area we don't have other options!
Electricity went out at 5 a.m. they couldn't get it back on for 16 hours
I would assume that they are responsible for keeping the trees trimmed around these power lines or either putting someone in place to keep these trees trimmed around power lines. I stay in the south Waco area and they never trim trees around these power lines and then as soon as we have a storm I'm one of the first locations the wind can just blow and my power is out mainly because the power lines just sit up in the trees.
