Electricity went out at 5 a.m. they couldn't get it back on for 16 hours
I would assume that they are responsible for keeping the trees trimmed around these power lines or either putting someone in place to keep these trees trimmed around power lines. I stay in the south Waco area and they never trim trees around these power lines and then as soon as we have a storm I'm one of the first locations the wind can just blow and my power is out mainly because the power lines just sit up in the trees. Electric been out for over 8 hours, and see a lot of contractors and oncor driving around and nothing being done. Was told would be on approximately at 430pm, then 700pm, got a text around 945pm can't find the problem. I call 1130pm and the recording state dont know when will be on. Stop driving around and look at the lines, poles, transformers etc. Find the issue.
