Never in my life have I dealt with such a useless electrical company. We live near McGregor and our power goes out on a weekly basis for no reason whatsoever. The taxes can go up all the way across the world in China and SOMEHOW it will cause the power to go out here in McGregor. Just got electricity bill and it went up alot because oncore raised their rates...which I didnt fet any info on. Electricity is always out for the slightest rain or wind. And I had to go through so much trouble to get trees trimmed off power lines where I bought a house. Wish their were other options, I guess customer service and doing their job doesn't matter to them since they know if we live in this area we don't have other options!
Electricity went out at 5 a.m. they couldn't get it back on for 16 hours
I would assume that they are responsible for keeping the trees trimmed around these power lines or either putting someone in place to keep these trees trimmed around power lines. I stay in the south Waco area and they never trim trees around these power lines and then as soon as we have a storm I'm one of the first locations the wind can just blow and my power is out mainly because the power lines just sit up in the trees.
