They turned my power off for an act of god as a tree branch was hazardous paid $1500 to get it removed and they have taken over 36 hours to restore my power and I have not missed a payment. They should be prosecuted for their negligence and entitled attitude to not restore power to people who did nothing wrong. I will go out of my way to never deal witn oncor again

Horrible company, they are liars! The guy that works for this company straight lied to my face. I am beside myself in disbelief. No wonder he looks like he hates his job. He has to go around lieing every day.
