Well,I admit one thing their automated system sucks but when you report an outage, this person was here in 10 minutes and that ain’t no lie. That was the best service I’ve ever seen in a long time and probably never happened again. Thank you sir for what you have done to replace that meter I was very thankful that was only the meter but yet everybody’s right. Literally can not get in contact with a human. Gave us 3 wrong times for restoring power then just gave us an indefinite amount of time. Someone came out at 2:30 and it’s now 9:30 and no one has even returned to look at it let alone work. Would like to even know if it would be back on tonight so we can plan accordingly for groceries but no. Can’t get any update. Let’s rewind to November of 2025. Oncor wouldn’t fix an electrical pole of theirs leaning on my fence until it became an emergency and fell. Claim filed for my wrought fence broken, it is now 6 months later, zero response from a claims manager or a repair to my fence. A couple of weeks later from breaking my fence, a subcontractor of theirs,started digging large, 6 ft deep holes in my yard.
