My husband and I are set to buy a house and the only thing that is preventing us from closing on the house currently is the fact that Oncor, for over a month, has failed to show up and install the permanent electrical connection. This in turn has costed us more money. They apparently have told the builder that they will be out there several times just to never show up. It is exceedingly frustrating and now it’s costing us because of their lack of professionalism and time management.
