We were out of power for over 2 hours and they are too slow to restore power and the stupidly useless lady I spoke with at first hung up on me. Extremely terrible customer service and I will withdraw my business from them after my contract is up. Nonsense!!
It is 11:18 am and I paid for my power to get turned on at 4:58 pm YESTERDAY.. was told it will "take around 2 hrs".... then "by the end of the day" ..... then "first thing in the morning" .... now "well emergencies come first so we really dont know but the order is in" ... I will be taking my business elsewhere ASAP. Truly unacceptable
If there is zero or lesser I would have rated it.... stupid company with old power lines. One rain and you have to sit in power cut for entire night. They don’t fix it rather earlier either! Seriously sell to someone and get out of business!!!
