Can you say monopoly? When are these clowns going to get regulated?? It's the energy state but we pay more and get so many outages with no other competing business. Fix this!
No reason i need to have power outages 12+ hours consistently
I’m a paying customer with roommates, i had a little man run into my back yard and unplug my power. I go “that’s strange the bill is paid and on auto-pay” i call them up “whoops that’s an accounting error on our part” It was 2pm yesterday this happened and I still don’t have my power back on. (8AM today) All my groceries are ruined, I couldn’t sleep because I need white noise. Mind you I work from home full-time and am a part-time grad student. They fixed my main issue within about a day. The only reason I can't give higher rating was the lack on an ETA or notification when finished.
Horrendous company. Beautiful sunny evening no wind 82 degrees and they ruin a perfectly good evening. A continued and consistent trend with Oncore....
