Terrible service. I tried to make an appt with Dr. Jonathan Schwartz yesterday and first they told me the person is running late at 9:40am, and I called back they told me that was having lunch at 2pm and told me to call back and they told me the person is not coming back at 3pm. The old lady says she can not make appt because that would be violation of the HIPPA law and they are short staffing and lot of patient have been complaining about it and the people in charge do nothing and she apologized.
