I was sch for a hip replacement in 3 wks and when I went for all the preop blood work there was a problem with the clotting test. I was under the gun in need of a dr. and an answer fast. Enter Dr. Tully and the amazing staff. They were able to get me in asap and remarkably get the answers fast. Utterly Disorganized and Respectless of Patient Time My experience with this medical office was a complete and frustrating waste of time. The glaring lack of communication between the front office and the nursing staff is appalling. I attempted to reschedule my appointment, diligently informing the front desk, only to arrive and discover they hadn't relayed the message.
