While the staff and infusion rooms are commendable, the absence of a celebratory bell following treatment is a significant disappointment. Knowing this beforehand would have influenced my choice of location for my final treatment. The ringing of a bell symbolizes the triumph over cancer, akin to crossing the finish line, and is a cherished tradition for patients.
