I WOULD NOT recommend being seen at their Sugarland location. The front desk employees are very rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate and heartless. The ladies working the front desk on Friday, Aug 22, 2025 should be fired. We waited two hours (with an actual appointment scheduled) and were NEVER even seen by the Doctor and they did absolutely nothing to help when asked. They found it humorous and didn't care at all that we desperately needed to be seen while my brother sat there in excruciating pain and discomfort. No one sho... read more
