WORST PLACE TO GO. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY DO NOT CARE. DO NOT SUBMIT YOURSELF TO DIE IN THEIR HANDS. THEY BILL YOU - BUT WILL NOT REFUND YOU FOR OVER PAYMENT BECAUSE YOU WILL ALWAYS OWE THEM. DO NOT GO THERE. D O N O T G O T H E R E. I was told with a smile on his face - You have stage 4 pancreatic cancer maybe 12 months to live, lets do another biopsy in a few weeks???????? Not in any rush to start treatment?????????????? What does that tell you? Oh well, no need to rush - you are a goner anyway.

very difficult to connect with anyone at the office. Will allow phones to roll over to voice mail, but not call back. Will not respond to email inquiries. Latest instance - wait four days for the doctor to approve a dental procedure - finally, on the Friday, when they finally locate the form, the doctor has left the office and will not sign it until Monday. Appalling customer service. Two stars for the doctor, who is brilliant in his field, if unconcerned with dental delays.

I was diagnosed with cancer in April of this year. It is now mid June and my chemotherapy has not yet started. As I sit here my cancer progresses. The problem is that the authorization department of Oncology Consultants will not authorize the treatment even though all authorization requests to my insurance provider have been approved with no requests pending. I have been trying to contact the OC authorization department for days to find out what approvals they are missing. I have sent emails and left countless voicemail... read more
